Water Filtration Device
Clear Options developed and patented a unique water filtering system, for which they needed an industrial design.
Their objective was to achieve an aesthetically pleasing and modern design for a mobile water filtration system for use in reservoirs, permanent and temporary pools. It had to look elegant, attractive and easy to use. Important criteria were light weight, ease of fabrication and transportation on irregular terrain.

Production is intended to be done through thermo-forming of plastic sheets.
The two side doors are made of semi-matte thermo-formed and cut sheet. Partially painted in gloss blue.
The bottom panel is perforated for emergency water drainage.
The beautiful pattern echoes the cross-section of the metal profile leg in a reduced size.
The hoses are in a recess that protects them to protect them from damage. Above them are simple explanatory inscriptions.

The upper door is made of a single white

Interface and handles:
The top plate is made of 2cm sheet metal, cut to the shape of the door cross-section. It completely covers the internal components and facilitates the efficient arrangement of structural parts.
Maximum possible access to internal components.
Metal profile with ergonomic oval cross-section is used in the production for the foot and handle of the unit.
The side doors are made from a single panel, which is cut at the bottom in the shape of a wheel.
The wheel covers are also made of a single component that is trimmed at the bottom to fit the wheel. Component,
